Palm has launched the Palm Phone with a 3.3-inch HD screen, aluminum chassis, Gorilla Glass protection on the front and back and a water and dust-resistant body with IP68 ratings.

It is powered by Snapdragon 435 with 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo). On Camera, it has a 12-megapixel rear camera with flash and an 8-megapixel camera on the front. It comes with an embedded SIM card and an 800mAh battery. The phone has a custom UI without a home screen, instead, it shows all the onboard apps.

The gesture pad at the bottom of the screen can be accessed by swiping up, can be used to search for apps based on scrawling the first letter of the app, and shortcuts to the phone, messages, camera, and music apps.The Life Mode puts the phone to sleep when you turn off the screen, preventing calls and notification. It also has Google Assistant and works with custom, voice-activated shortcuts. It weighs just 62.5 grams

Palm Phone comes in Titanium and Gold colors cost $349 unlocked, $299 with a two-year contract, or $14.58/month for 24 months and will go on sale in November exclusively from Verizon.
