Performance

Motorola G8 Power Lite is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P35 Processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is further expandable with MicroSD card. Day to day usage, multitasking, normal games work well, High-end Gaming performance is decent, Phone does get heat up while playing games and using Mobile data for a long time.



Battery Life 

Moto G8 Power Lite is backed by a 5000mAh battery which is able to deliver one day of battery life, In our battery test we got around 10 hours of Screen on Time.

It comes with a 10W charger in Box which takes around 3 Hours to Charge 5000mAh battery fully.



Android 9 Pie in 2020



Motorola G8 Power Lite runs on Android Pie out of Box No details when it will be getting Android 10 Update. The user interface is Stock Android with No Bloatware, there is support for Moto gestures.

Decent Camera

On-Camera, it has a 16MP main camera, 2MP depth, 2MP macro Triple Rear Camera, and 8MP Front Camera, Both front and Rear Camera can record 1080p videos. The rear camera captures decent images in daylight conditions, Low light camera is average. Depth, Macro camera is decent, Front camera captures decent selfies. Video recording is average.

On Rear, it has an L Shaped Quad Rear Camera setup, Samsung branding, Curved edges give good grip in hand. Gradient finish which gives rainbow effect in different lighting conditions, Back panel is made up of polycarbonate, other phones in this price range other come with Glass back. The Phone measures  159.3 x 73.1 x 8.6mm and Weight: 185g. It can be easily used in a single hand. Overall build quality is good.

Samsung Galaxy A31 is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P65 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G52 GPU coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB eMMC storage which is further expandable up to 512GB with MicroSD Card performance in normal usage like social media apps, multitasking, playing normal games is good. RAM management on Galaxy A31 is good. While Playing High-end Games like PUBG, Asphalt 9, Call of duty phone lags in between, Heat up while playing for a long time, gaming performance is decent. the processor could have been better. The Phone scores 168725 points on AnTuTu Benchmark.

On-Camera Galaxy A31 comes with a 48MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture,  8MP 123° ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 5MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 20MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture. Both front and Rear Camera can record 1080p videos.  Camera modes include Live focus, macro, food, panorama. Rear Camera captures good images in daylight conditions, Wide-angle camera photos are also good, the low light camera is decent, Live focus works well. the front camera captures good selfies in daylight conditions, low light is decent. Rear Camera has support for dedicated 48MP mode and 20MP mode for the front camera. Video recording is decent, there is no support for EIS, Super Steady Mode, 4K Video recording, Slow-Mo video recording, Hyperlapse mode, Night mode.

Connectivity options include 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, Dolby Atmos,Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS. Speaker output is loud n clear, Voice quality is good, there is support VoWiFi calling.  Samsung Galaxy A31 comes with  In-display fingerprint sensor which is not fast as a physical fingerprint scanner, It takes a few seconds to unlock, works most of the time. There is also support for Face Unlock which works well in good lighting conditions. Galaxy A31 comes with Samsung Pay, Samsung Knox.


Samsung Galaxy A31 runs on Android 10 based on Samsung One UI 2.1. It has support for  Dark Mode, Game launcher, Dual Messenger,  Gestures support, Secure folder, Edge lighting, and more. The user interface is smooth we didn't face any issue.


Samsung Galaxy A31 is backed by a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W Fast Charging. It is able to deliver more than One day of battery with normal usage, In our battery test, we got around 9 Hours 30 Min of Screen on Time which includes Gaming, Video Playback, Social Media apps, Camera. It takes around 2 Hours 24 min to charge the device fully.

Samsung Galaxy A31 comes in Prism Crush blue, black, and white colors, Galaxy A31 targeted for Offline market priced at Rs 21,999 offers AMOLED panel, good camera,  Battery life, decent performance, polycarbonate build, compact design, pricing should have been lower. It runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.0. Performance is good in terms of Normal use, there is a lag while doing multitasking. Gaming performance is decent, heats up while playing high-end games like PUBG, Asphalt 9, normal games works well.

Camera



On-Camera, it has a 13MP camera with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash, 2MP secondary depth sensor and 5MP front camera, both can record 1080p videos. Camera performance is good daylight conditions, Low light is average, front camera captures decent selfies. Video recording is decent.






Battery Life

Samsung Galaxy M01 has 4000mAh Battery which is able to deliver One day of battery life with Normal usage, In our battery test, we got around 8 hours of screen on time.



5W Charging

Samsung Galaxy M01 comes with 5V 1A Charger in the box which takes more than 3 hours to charge fully, Samsung should have provided 10W charger considering most of the phones in this price ranges come with 2A charger.


No Fingerprint Scanner

Samsung Galaxy M01 doesn't come with Fingerprint Scanner, there is support for Face Unlock.

Samsung Galaxy M01 priced at Rs 8,999. It offers decent performance, Camera, Compact Design, Slow Charging, Lower Speaker output, No Fingerprint Scanner, Redmi 8, Realme Nazro 10A, Realme C3 are other options available, There is also Samsung Galaxy M10s with AMOLED Display, fast charging support available at this price point.

Redmi Note 9 Pro has a Glass build design with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front and back. On the front, it has a 6.67 FHD+ Display with a center punch-hole display. Volume rockers, the power button on the right side, the Power button also includes a fingerprint scanner. Dual SIM + microSD card slot on left. On the bottom, 3.5mm audio jack,  speaker grill, USB Type-C port.  IR blaster and the secondary microphone on top. On Rear, there is a squared Quad Rear camera setup with Redmi branding on the bottom. The phone measures 165.75*76.68*8.8mm and Weight: 209g. Its huge phones with a bigger battery, display not to be used in a single hand. Build quality is good.

 Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch (2400  × 1080 pixels) 20:9 Full HD+ LCD Display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Center Punch hole display, display quality is good produces vibrant colors and viewing angles. Redmi Note 9 Pro comes with a 60Hz refresh rate compared to Realme 6, Poco X2 which comes with a 90/120Hz refresh rate. Overall Display is good, Redmi should have gone with 90Hz Refresh rate.


Redmi Note 9 Pro is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 720G 8nm Mobile Platform (Dual 2.3GHz Kryo 465 A76 + Hexa 1.8GHz Kryo 465 A55 CPUs) with Adreno 618 GPU. Coupled with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB/128GB UFS2.1 storage which is further expandable with MicroSD card up to 256GB. Snapdragon 720G brings in support for NavIC (The Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System).In terms of normal use, performance is good while playing PUBG, Asphalt 9 phone does get warm no major heating issue. Overall gaming performance is good.

Redmi Note 9 Pro runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 which will be getting MIUI 12 Soon. MIUI 11 brings many features like Dual Apps, Second Space, App lock, and many customizations. Just like any other Redmi phone, Redmi Note 9 Pro also has ads built-in.Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz) 2 x 2 MIMO, VoWiFi, Bluetooth 5, GPS. It comes with Fingerprint Scanner on the power button which works fast when using a phone with Case sometimes it doesn't unlock the phone, there is also support for face unlock which works under good lighting conditions doesn't work in low light.  Voice call quality is loud and clear, Audio output from the speaker and 3.5mm audio Jack is decent.

Redmi Note 9 Pro priced at Rs 13,999 for 4GB RAM and Rs 16,999 for 6GB RAM. 4GB RAM model looks value for money it offers good performance, battery life, camera, Charging takes a long time. 6GB RAM cost Rs 16,999 whereas Redmi Note 9 Pro Max (6GB+64GB) available at Rs 16,499 which will be a better option with 64MP Main sensor, 33W Fast charging support.
